🔥 Failure Is Not the Opposite of Success, but the Process 🔥

What if the very thing you call failure is the very thing God is using to prepare you for your purpose?

On this episode of The Heart Burn for Jesus Podcast, we’re diving into the truth that failure doesn't have to be the end of your story. Sometimes, the greatest lessons are learned in the lowest valleys, the deepest struggles, and the moments when we feel like we've fallen short. God can use our mistakes, setbacks, and disappointments to shape our character, strengthen our faith, and prepare us for what He has called us to do.

Peter denied Jesus, yet God wasn't finished with him. Moses spent years in the wilderness before stepping into his calling. Their stories remind us that our failures don't have to define us when we surrender our lives to God.

🔥 Failure is not your identity. It's not your final destination. And it certainly doesn't have to be the end of your story!

Join C.D. Mathews as we explore how God can transform our setbacks into stepping stones, our pain into purpose, and our failures into powerful testimonies of His grace. Don't allow yesterday's mistakes to rob you of tomorrow's calling. Get back up, trust God, and keep moving forward!

Remember, God isn't looking for perfection—He's looking for a heart that is willing to surrender, learn, grow, and keep pressing toward Him.

📖 “For a righteous man may fall seven times And rise again...” — Proverbs 24:16 (NKJV)

🔥 The fire doesn't have to go out because you fell. Let God use the process to build you into who He has called you to be!

Welcome to The Heart Burn for Jesus Podcast—where faith is stirred, hearts are challenged, and the fire for Jesus continues to burn!

Today, I want to talk about something every one of us has experienced: pressure. Maybe you’re feeling it right now. Pressure from family, finances, work, relationships, responsibilities, disappointment, or simply from not knowing what tomorrow will bring. Sometimes pressure can become so heavy that we ask, “God, where are You? Why am I going through this?” But today, I want you to look at pressure differently. What if the pressure isn’t punishment? What if God is using it as preparation?

“YOUR DUTY — YOUR JOB — AS A BLOOD-BOUGHT CHRISTIAN!”

Now, somebody might be thinking:

“Wait a minute… I thought salvation was a free gift?”

Yes, it is! You couldn't earn it. You couldn't buy it. You couldn't work for it. You couldn't deserve it.

Jesus paid for it!

He paid for it with His precious blood on Calvary! But here's where the responsibility comes in:

When Jesus saves you, He calls you!

When He redeems you, He gives you an assignment. When He pulls you out of darkness, He tells you to shine your light. When He changes your life, He expects you to tell somebody else what He has done!

You were not saved just to sit. You were saved to serve!

You weren't redeemed just to keep it to yourself.

You were redeemed to reach somebody else!

And if the blood of Jesus has covered your life, then you've got a Kingdom assignment.

Your workplace is an opportunity. Your family is an opportunity.

Your neighborhood is an opportunity. Your church is an opportunity.

Your testimony is an opportunity. Everywhere you go, you're carrying the evidence that

Jesus still saves, Jesus still delivers, Jesus still restores, and Jesus still changes lives!

So today we're going to talk about what it really means to be a blood-bought Christian.

We're going to talk about your responsibility to live for Jesus, represent Jesus, tell people about Jesus, serve Jesus, love people, stand for truth, make disciples, and keep the fire burning!

Because, church, we've got a job to do!

And I believe somebody listening today needs to be reminded:

YOU HAVE A PURPOSE!

YOU HAVE AN ASSIGNMENT!

YOU HAVE A TESTIMONY!

And most importantly—

YOU BELONG TO JESUS!

So wherever you are, open your heart, open your Bible, and get ready for the Word of God.

Because we're about to turn up the fire!
