Why do we think our loving Father desires anything less from us, His beloved sons and daughters?

      Baby Step: When you find your mind wandering during prayer, STOP, ask God to help you stay focused, and then return to prayer. Do not beat yourself up. You are taking the first steps towards breaking the habit. Give yourself the grace God, your loving Father gives you!
