We're two days away from getting married so we thought we'd dive into how we've handled the stress of planning a wedding together.
Stressful situations can cause our ego to take control. We're no longer present, we're worried about future events and we tend to take things out on the people around us. But there are positive ways to handle these stressful situations! A big part of it is reminding ourselves to be present and to let go of our expectations.
We go into a little bit of everything this episode: surrendering, letting go, manifesting, overcoming the ego and what has worked for us as a couple when navigating stress.
