À propos de ce contenu audio
Did you know that most female individuals don't actually get diagnosed compared to their male counterparts? Even today, there is still some gender bias that exists in the ADHD world. As an Asian American male, I can somewhat see the privilege and it's disheartening. How did this begin and what can we do to combat this? In this episode of HEAR, we delve into some reasons for this disparity but also find out ways to educate ourselves to stop this imbalance.
What up! Welcome to HEAR, Horsea Embraces the Anxious Ride, and I am your host Horace. Experiencing anxiety? Perhaps unclear about your personal goals, or feeling lost amidst the world’s animosity. You’re not alone. Being born Asian American, from my experience with ADHD, anxiety, and feeling lost from time to time, I hope to provide you solace in this day and age, a safe space, and share optimism. I’m here to HEAR…let’s embrace the anxious ride together.
