Buy/Borrow/Steal our September Book Club Book, Hurricane Season by Fernanda Melchor.
This week, Tava, Brett, and Alex discuss seemingly everyone’s favorite book tracking platform, Goodreads. Alex walks Brett and Tava through how she uses Goodreads, how it compares to other apps/services, and how some of the features are or are not helpful to cultivating a reading practice. All of which leads to a conversation about why we track our books at all and why it is anyone's business. Also discussed is Brett’s paint mishap, the crew's cute New England weekend, and carpets.
