Words like: "Don't burn bridges because you never know when you may have to cross it again", "smile because you never know who might need it", "when feeling sorry for yourself look around there's always someone worse off than you"; and good examples like not sharing bad gossip, helping people out, Go the extra mile and always do work to the best of your ability.
