About The Gael Spirits Company

The result, a gin with a light citrus nose, following through with juniper, cardamom and a warm finish.

On today's episode of GINspired, I sit down with Lynne MacKay and Brad Deller, the visionaries behind Ironworks Distillery, to uncover the artistry, passion, and craft that define this Nova Scotian gem. Together, we explore their philosophy of product development, sustainability practices, and the challenges of distilling, offering you an insider's peek into the heart of Ironworks Distillery.

About Ironworks Distillery
Ironworks is a micro-distillery located in the old port of Lunenburg on Nova Scotia’s historic South Shore. We truly love the process of creating our spirits and liqueurs from scratch. We never fail to get excited by the first loads of fresh apples in the fall, by the sweet aromas of the fermentations, by the delight of the first taste of pear coming off the still. We feel privileged to be able to work with great growers, and their exceptional fruit. We welcome you to share the tastes of Nova Scotia in our spirits and liqueurs.

Come visit, Take a tour, Enjoy a taste.

He’s located in (as he puts it) a small town called Runcorn, UK - a place in the middle of everywhere without it being anything much itself! Today, we chat about his love and passion for all things gin, his Gin Vlog, and so much more.

About Danny Partington
Danny is the host of Just Pour It, a vlog that covers the finest craft gins during #ginadayMay (the month of May) and #ginvent (December). He lives in Runcorn, UK and is a play-write, director and actor as his day job.
