Thanks for connecting to nature with me on another episode of The Forest Connection!
What happens when we stop treating a walk in the woods as something we need to accomplish—and simply allow ourselves to experience it?
In this episode of The Forest Connection, we explore the relationship between forest bathing and mindfulness. Forest bathing isn't about hiking a certain distance, reaching a destination, or getting in your daily steps. It's about slowing down, opening our senses, and becoming fully present with the natural world around us.
We'll explore how mindfulness can change the way we experience a forest—and how the forest itself can become a natural invitation to slow down and pay attention.
You don't need to be an experienced meditator. You don't need special equipment. And you don't need a remote wilderness.
You simply need to slow down enough to notice what's already there.
