Welcome to a new edition of the Famous Interviews with Joe Dimino series. On this episode, we talk with Mike Agugliaro, entrepreneur, author, speaker, former electrician, and business growth expert known for scaling and exiting home service businesses and building organizations that help entrepreneurs grow.

Mike's story is one of determination, reinvention, and refusing to let circumstances dictate his future. At just 15 years old, he was living on his own and facing challenges that could have derailed his ambitions. Instead, he chose to rewrite his story and pursue a path of mastery, transformation, and success.

In 1994, Mike founded a small electrical business. Through years of hard work and business development, that journey grew into a reported $32 million enterprise. Today, he leads an organization focused on helping business owners with $1 million to $10 million in annual revenue design their businesses, build wealth, and create lives aligned with their goals.

We explore Mike's entrepreneurial journey, the lessons he learned scaling home service companies, his approach to business growth, and the mindset required to move beyond difficult beginnings. We also get into his passion for martial arts and how discipline, personal mastery, and continuous improvement extend beyond the business world.

Based in New Jersey, Mike joins us for a wide-ranging conversation about entrepreneurship, leadership, resilience, wealth creation, and the power of taking ownership of your future.

Welcome to a new edition of the Famous Interviews with Joe Dimino series. On this episode, we talk with Anna Jinja — adoptee, author, podcast host, and community founder — about adoption, identity, healing, self-discovery, and learning to embrace our inherent worth.

Born in Seoul, South Korea, raised in Iowa, and now based in Ohio, Anna’s journey as an international adoptee has shaped her lifelong exploration of identity, belonging, home, and human connection. Having experienced the pain of rejection and the peace that can come with self-acceptance, she shares a deeply personal perspective on what it means to find your place in the world.

Anna is the author of Adopting Grace and host of The Anna Jinja Show. Through stories, music, poetry, and community, she creates spaces that remind people they are worthy, loved, and welcome. Her years of community involvement and nonprofit advocacy, alongside personal and professional challenges, have helped shape her belief that healing begins when we choose ourselves and recognize our own inherent value.

This is a conversation about the complicated journey toward self-acceptance, the search for identity and belonging, and the power of sharing our stories to help others feel less alone. Anna is an incredible guest with a story worth hearing.

Welcome to a new edition of the Famous Interviews with Joe Dimino series. On this episode, we catch up with Jillian Benneson, Starbucks manager, California dreamer, and Gen Z voice, for a special one-year-later conversation about big changes, new opportunities, and making dreams happen.

Back in December 2025, we spoke with Jillian before her move from Kansas City, Missouri, to Southern California. Now a San Diego transplant, Jillian returns to share how life has unfolded since taking that leap.

We get into settling into a new city, earning a major promotion at Starbucks, moving a Great Dane across the country, and the latest adventures involving her fiancé, Jamisyn, whose work includes a connection to Tony Hawk. With Jillian approaching her 21st birthday, her California dream is moving forward in exciting ways.

This episode also revisits a memorable moment from our original conversation, featuring audio from actor and comedian Rob Riggle offering Jillian advice about her move from Missouri to Southern California.

It's an honest, upbeat look at growing up, taking chances, building a career, navigating change, and following through on the promises we make to ourselves. One year later, Jillian is continuing to write her story—and there is plenty more ahead.
