Hello, hi friends! It's been a while! Today's episode is inspired by my sudden 3 week disappearance -- which was a result of burnout.
I don't know about you guys, but lately, it feels like there's always something else to do, another deadline to meet, another obligation to fulfill. And while we're hustling and grinding and trying to get it all done, it's easy to forget about taking care of ourselves.
I sure did.
Today I catch you up on where I've been the last few weeks and what burnout led to. Spoiler alert: I was hit with a respiratory infection that I'm still recovering from.
You'll hear me talk about my personal experience with feeling overwhelmed and trying to "thug it out", instead of taking a break. I also share tips on dealing with burnout that have helped me -- and I feel they could help you too.
