Jonathan Ball is back with another trip through the wonderfully unpredictable world of cinema!
This month, Jonathan shares his thoughts on The End of Oak Street, a prehistoric science-fiction adventure he recently watched and thoroughly enjoyed, starring Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor.
Then things get very real with Hanging by a Wire, the remarkable documentary telling the true story of six schoolboys and two adults trapped in a cable car high above a ravine in Pakistan.
There's animation and adventure in Forgotten Island, as two best friends enter a magical world where escaping could cost them their memories of each other.
And finally, things get wonderfully strange with Wicker, starring Olivia Colman as a woman who asks a Basket Weaver, played by Peter Dinklage, to make her the perfect husband. There's just one catch... he's made from wicker!
Plus, Jonathan puts your movie knowledge to the test with another Silly Cinema Club Quiz.
Jonathan uses AI voice technology to support him in presenting the programme, helping him share his own words, personality and passion for film.
🍿 Grab the popcorn and settle in for another Silly Cinema Club!
