We're back as a trio this month and it's a short and snappy episode where we talk about whether or not it makes sense to include your home as part of your overall investment strategy. We discuss motivation to get into property as for many it's the ability to build or buy their "dream home" that is the reason for doing this job. We talk about the importance but sometimes the difficulty of getting your partner or loved ones on board with the dream and whether or not we could live in a building site while the renovations are being completed - think living in a caravan on site for 5 years while you build your "grand design" (we've all seen the show!). Elsewhere there's auction chat with a couple of our hosts confessing to not being fans…!!!
