Vegas will humble you fast, whether you’re trying to find your ball in the rough or watching someone torch a stack of purple chips in real time. We kick things off with a full rant on fantasy football and why the modern NFL makes weekly performance feel like pure chaos: committee backfields, unpredictable targets, and those random swing games that flip your whole matchup. If you’ve ever stared at your lineup wondering how you lost to a kicker, you’ll feel seen.

Then we rewind to our Mexico travel stories around Bacalar and near Tulum, including the ongoing sargassum seaweed problem that can turn a beach day into a hard pass. Things get even more real when a windy pool day leads to a nasty earache and we start debating old-school remedies, plane pressure, and the fine line between “quick fix” and “why did we do that.”

From there it’s our annual Vegas golf trip, talking courses like Reflection Bay and Angel Park, pace-of-play survival rules, and how shoulder pain and flexibility changes can wreck your distance. And you’ll hear the wildest moment of the weekend: a blackjack player who spirals so hard he drops to his knees and starts punching the floor before the pit boss shuts it down. We also get into how Vegas is changing, from blocked betting apps to sports book fees and tighter comps.
