Unfortunately, financial literacy is lowest among people of of color, particularly ones in the toffee, caramel, and chocolate community. I'm sorry to say that so true, but in the same breathe what are we doing to change it. There is such a gap between rich and poor that's ever growing and its clear that financial literacy is one of the factors that separate the haves from the have nots.
