Abbey Burns has just been promoted to Special Counsel in the Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety Team at Russell Kennedy. She is also on the Board of the Stella Prize, an annual award for excellence in Australian women’s literature.
And guess what? She has spent her career at the same firm and in the same team her whole legal career…. And she loves it. She has successfully navigated her way from Seasonal Clerk to Special Counsel and today she takes us behind the scenes of how she has navigated this career path so successfully.
