Ep. 13: David, Goliath, & Trusting God in the Waiting

I asked God for a yes. I got a door slammed in my face. That is the answer. David was overlooked, yet he trusted in God and defeated the giant Goliath with a single stone. Ruth's life was overturned: her husband dies and she stays with her mother-in-law Naomi. While she picks grain the harvesters drop just to survive, Boaz sees her. From Ruth and Boaz's line comes David and Jesus. God always wins. Let go. Embrace the obscurity. Embrace the waiting- it is God's preparation. By trusting in God, you are preparing to defeat your own Goliath.
