      Dec 30 2025

In this Season 1 finale of Earn It, Jen is joined by Adler PR client, Adam Strecker, CEO and founding partner of Hi Noon Hospitality, the locally-owned restaurant group behind Valley favorites Buck & Rider, Ingo’s Tasty Food, and its newest concept, Pinyon Coastal Mediterranean.

After joining the military to pay for college, he earned a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of New Orleans and went on to spend a decade with Hillstone Restaurant Group before joining LGO Hospitality. Over 15 years with LGO, Adam rose to Partner, COO, and President, while co-founding Buck & Rider and Ingo’s along the way.
