EA is restructuring, BioWare is reportedly facing closure, and other studios are dealing with cuts. We break down what’s happening across the gaming industry, what it could mean for developers and players, and what this could signal for the future of some of gaming’s biggest franchises.

Then we switch gears and review Clayface (2026), the upcoming DC Universe body horror and psychological thriller. With James Watkins directing and Mike Flanagan and Hossein Amini behind the screenplay, this film takes a darker approach to one of DC’s most disturbing characters. We discuss the premise, the horror direction, and whether Clayface has the potential to stand out in the new DCU.
