Success can look different in every season.
In this episode, Jeff sits down with his friend Andrea Gebhardt for a fun and honest conversation about leadership, motherhood, entrepreneurship, personal growth, and what it means to design a life that feels aligned with what matters most.
Andrea is an entrepreneur, leadership educator, speaker, mentor, and host of the Brewing Success Podcast. She began her career in education after a teacher changed her life and made her believe she could do anything she set her mind to. That belief became a throughline in her work: helping people see what is possible for themselves.
Andrea shares how stepping into leadership at a young age forced her to look inward, why a John Maxwell event changed the way she led, and how personal growth became a major part of her life and work. She and Jeff also talk about the small everyday moments that make people feel seen, from holding the door to having real conversations with the people right in front of us.
The conversation also goes into Andrea’s decision to leave education after realizing the life she had built was no longer the life she wanted to keep living. That moment led her to choose family, presence, and what she called a life-design opportunity.
From building a business to launching Brewing Success, working with John Maxwell, raising four kids, and redefining success in this season, Andrea’s story is a reminder that leadership starts with how we show up, how we grow, and how we make people feel.
