  • From 18 People to 2: Manthan Patel on Shipping Apps With Claude Code
    11 Oct 2026

Manthan Patel (Lead Gen Man) cut his agency team from 18 people to 2. Now, he says, AI writes 100% of his code.

He builds his apps alone, mostly on weekends, with Claude Code. PenAnywhere, a Mac app for drawing on any screen, was 90% done in one weekend and went onto the Mac App Store without a rejection. TiltIt, a web app that turns screen recordings into 3D product videos, was his first build and took about a month.

In this episode: the whole path from idea to paying users. How he picks a harness, why he writes a PRD instead of hunting for prompt hacks, the production stack he runs, the security holes he sees in vibe-coded apps, a bug loop that fixes itself, and what the apps cost and earn. Then the business side: content without an editor, which platform pays, and when an AI agent is the wrong tool.

    What we cover:

    - 18 people to 2, and going from full-time coder to writing no code by hand

    - The Apple compliance.md file he makes with Claude Code deep research

    - The MVP rule: in his app, most users use 3 of 20 features

    - Claude Code as a harness, and why he prefers CLIs to MCP

    - Prompt hacks vs a real PRD, one feature at a time, then end-to-end tests

    - The stack: Next.js, TypeScript, GitHub Actions, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, PostHog, Sentry

    - Security holes: exposed user lists, keys in the front end, bot traffic

    - Sentry to Slack to Claude Code to GitHub to Vercel: fixes for the errors Sentry catches, live in under five minutes

    - A 24/7 Claude agent on a VPS, a health page that checks every minute, and a blog-writing agent

    - A lifetime deal for the first 10,000 users, then a subscription

    - The numbers: a $200 Claude plan, about $300 to $350 a month to run TiltIt, 3 to 4 paying users to cover it, TiltIt at around $1.5K to $2K MRR, and Apple's 30% cut on PenAnywhere

    - Content without an editor, why his brand deals come from LinkedIn and TikTok, and why 90% of his leads come from YouTube

    - AI agents vs automations, and Claude Code's /loop

  • Introduction
    15 Aug 2026

Deployed is where AI actually gets built.

Hosted by Farhan Rakhangi from Dubai, each episode sits down with founders, engineers, and builders shipping real AI-powered products, people who've worked at companies like Microsoft and Google, built and sold their own startups, or won recognition on the world stage for what they've built.

No theory, no hype. Just the real stack, the real numbers, and the real decisions it took to ship, recorded in person at Creators HQ, Dubai.
