  • Ep. 141 – Heart Path to Non-Duality
    Oct 21 2026

Exploring tantra, self-compassion, and embodied presence, RamDev guides listeners down the heart's path.

This time on Healing at the Edge, RamDev explores:

    • Shifting our relationship with our body and mind
    • The path of tantra and relating to life from a place of fullness
    • Conventional devotion (faith-based worship) vs. Tantra (direct-experience of the divine)
    • Becoming aware through focusing on one of the five senses
    • Seeing the guru in simple moments
    • The gradual path to awakening and having compassion for oneself along the way

“We have to allow ourselves to fully touch and be touched by each moment of this living vibration, not permanently detaching from experience, contacting it intimately and safely enough through the heart that it can reveal its changing, spacious nature.” –RamDev

“Each moment becomes an opportunity for feeling gratitude, not because of how much you have or what you want, but just for the moment itself. What you are longing for is not something in the future; it’s fullness in this moment.” –RamDev
