    L. Rose pops in to give everyone a little bit of insight into why she has not been able to publish any episodes recently. As she does so, she reminds listeners that mental health is an important component to not only her life but her podcast concept. Create That Sh*t is meant to be a safe and open space for discussions around the life of a creative and for the creative community to thrive.
