In today’s episode, we’re diving into college prep for rising seniors with expert advice straight from the co-author of All the Wisdom and None of the Junk, Katie Kramer. Katie is the President and CEO of the Boettcher Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Denver, Colorado who believes in the promise of Colorado and the potential of Coloradans and invests in people, programs, and organizations across the state to provide a foundation for transformational impact. As president and CEO, Katie has come full circle with the Boettcher Foundation. She was selected as a Boettcher Scholar in 1993 and has been at the Foundation in various roles since 1997. Katie and her colleague wrote and published All the Wisdom and None of the Junk: Secrets of Applying for College Admission and Scholarships (originally published in 2017) to demystify the scholarship selection process and help the next generation apply for college and scholarships. The second edition of the book will be released later this year. Katie joins us to share must-know tips from her book.
