Campus Killings is a Bi-Weekly true crime podcast that debuts on September 17, 2022, and releases new episodes every other Saturday. Campus Killings is hosted by Dr. Meghan Sacks and Dr. Amy Shlosberg (Women & Crime, and Direct Appeal podcasts). In each episode, Meghan and Amy dive into some of the most shocking and tragic murders to happen on school grounds, and provide their analysis as both Educators and trained Criminologists. They discuss what went wrong, and what could have been done differently to prevent the tragic outcome. As criminologists, Meghan and Amy teach, research, write and podcast about victims, offenders and the issues surrounding our criminal justice system-and each have over 20 years of experience working in the system in various capacities such as law enforcement, mental health and offender reentry.       When 22 year old Jennifer Lockmiller was found murdered in her off-campus apartment outside Illinois State University, her ex-boyfriend, Alan Beaman, from Illinois Wesleyan seemed like the perfect suspect. But over 30 years later, her case remains unsolved and Alan Beaman has faced incarceration, appellate courts, and, finally, exoneration for a crime he never committed.

      On an October night in 1974, recently married Arlis Perry went to Stanford University's Memorial church to pray after an argument with her husband. The next morning, her body was found lying in front of the altar in a truly disturbing, and shocking scene. News of her murder spread quickly across campus, and investigators were tasked with finding the cold blooded killer who murdered Arlis. It would take decades, but they would finally find out who was responsible.

      Below the Surface is a true crime podcast covering a variety of strange and bizarre cases with one common theme; a water connection.

      The show features both solved and unsolved cases, some of which are well known, while others have received little attention.

      In this special preview of episode 1, we explore the puzzling case of Kim Wall who was Best known for her articles in the Guardian, New York Times, and Vice, journalist. She disappeared in a submarine beneath the Oresund Strait after interviewing inventor, Peter Madsen, on August 10, 2017. We can only speculate what exactly happened below the surface, but upon the submarine's resurface, Kim was missing, but Peter Masden was not.
