  • Episode 6: 10 Ways Kids Embarrass Us | Funny Parenting Stories & Toddler Meltdowns
    22 Oct 2026

Has your child ever said something in public that made you want to disappear? 😳

This week, Susan & Dimity count down the Top 10 Ways Kids Embarrass Us, and no story is off limits. From accidental shoplifting and a bra-exposing toddler clinger, to a mid-flight nappy explosion, a period moment that echoed through a full public toilet, and a mispronounced "clock" that stopped a shopping centre in its tracks, these mums have been there.

They also chat about kids who can't keep a secret (sorry, "she's only two!"), fussy eaters at friends' dinner parties, the meltdown that makes you look like a kidnapper, and the full-blown supermarket tantrum that ends with dumping the trolley and walking out. Plus, a bonus round: how they're starting to embarrass their own kids back!

Honest, hilarious, and a reminder that we're all in the same boat.

  • Episode 5: How to Declutter When You Have ZERO Time
    15 Oct 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

There’s a drawer in your kitchen that doesn’t close properly anymore. You know the one. Sound familiar, mumma?

You’re not messy and you’re not disorganised - your house just has more stuff in it than places to put it. And fifteen minutes is all it takes to start fixing that. No matching containers, no Pinterest-perfect pantry, no spending a fortune.

That’s what this episode is all about: decluttering when you genuinely do not have time. The 15-minute trick that gets procrastinators moving, why measuring before you buy saves you a drawer full of storage tubs that don’t fit, and the four reasons you’re hanging onto things you don’t even like - gift guilt, sentimentality, money guilt, and “I might need it”. Plus the quiet habits that keep the clutter coming back, and why a messy house makes your brain foggy.

Give it 15 minutes this weekend and watch one drawer turn into one cupboard. Less searching, less buying things you already own, more time for the good stuff.

New episodes drop every Friday - so grab a cuppa, hit follow, and join the fun.

  • Episode 4: Why is Feeing a Baby This Hard?
    7 Oct 2026

Nobody warns you that the most natural thing in the world can be the hardest part of your day. You're sitting there at 3am with a screaming baby, a pump giving you almost nothing, and a very loud voice telling you you're failing at something mothers have done forever.

If that's you right now, this one's for you, mumma.

This episode is an honest conversation about feeding babies: breastfeeding, formula, pumping, and the messy business of starting solids. Dimity's first baby arrived early and tiny, and the pressure to get her weight up pushed her to formula alongside an enormous amount of guilt. Susan pumped for six weeks for almost nothing, and poured the last of it down the sink on the day she knew she was done. That baby is now a healthy, clever 13-year-old.

We cover the things that actually help: why the amount on the tin isn't gospel, the puree trick that finally got a fussy baby eating, what's really inside those "spinach" pouches, the choking and allergen fear nobody talks about, and why the second time around is genuinely easier.

No judgment, no lectures. Just two mums who found it hard too.
