Barbara transferred to a different hospital in hope for vaginal birth but due to lack of skilled practitioners, Barbara chose an elective caesarean. Barbara mentions that after seeing the Born at Home film she wanted a home birth for her second baby. At 39.4wks Barbara broke her waters before labour again and had a surprise breech vaginal birth at home with her midwives. Barbara shares that the paternal grandmother also had two breech babies.
