  • She Spent 7- Days in Bed, And Now She Is Going Back to Work.
    29 Sep 2026

If you have already tried everything, trying one more thing can feel worse than staying where you are. That fear is what this conversation is really about.

In this episode you will hear from Renee. About a year after delivering her second daughter, she started having bladder urgency, bladder pain, and vulvodynia symptoms. She had worked through her traditional medical options, then functional doctors, strict diets, and shelves of supplements. Her lowest point came after a traumatic catheter procedure that left her with an infection. She spent close to seven days in bed, roughly twenty hours a day, while her family stepped in to care for her girls.

She describes her life as closing in around her, and she was frightened that bladder symptoms would run the rest of it.

We first met on Christmas Eve morning. She talks about why she said yes even though the whole thing felt like a leap of faith, what she was afraid of, and what her days look like now. She is back with her daughters. She is starting a job she says she could not have imagined a year ago.

She is also clear that she is still working through symptoms. When I asked about her bladder, she said it is calmer, and that what she has is confidence rather than perfection. That is one of the most honest answers anyone has given me.

    What we cover:

    • How her symptoms started after a difficult VBAC delivery
    • Everything she tried before we met and why it kept falling short
    • What made her decide to trust an expert she found on the internet
    • Why she says community is the piece she could never have given herself
    • The change she names first, which is how she speaks to herself now
    • What she would say to a woman sitting on the fence right now

Renee's experience is her own, and every woman's timeline looks different. This conversation is one woman's story, shared for encouragement rather than as medical advice or a promise of a specific result.

  • My Bladder Was a Haunting Voice in My Head, Now I Forget About It...
    22 Sep 2026

If you have spent years with bladder urgency and pressure, you already know the part nobody asks about. It is the voice running in the back of your mind all day. My bladder is irritated. I have to go. Where is the bathroom.

In this episode you will hear from Krista. Before we met she described herself as desperate and in a hole, unable to keep her head above water, because her flare-ups would never subside long enough to give her real relief. She was working, raising her family, showing up for everyone, and carrying that voice through every hour of it.

She had done the full workup. Urology care, hydrodistensions, years of medications including ones she never wanted to take, a functional doctor, a kinesiologist, fascia work, laser treatments, and just about every supplement on the shelf. Some of it helped her function for a while. None of it held.

She talks about what changed when the work started with breathing and the diaphragm instead of the bladder, why building one step at a time mattered for her, and what her ordinary days look like now. Her answer to that last question is the best moment in this conversation.

She also says something I hear from almost every woman I work with. Everyone in her care team meant well. Nobody had ever lived it.

    What we cover:

    • What her flare-ups actually felt like, physically and mentally
    • The full list of what she tried over the years and why the relief kept slipping
    • The moment in January she decided to look for something different
    • Why the step by step pacing worked when other approaches overwhelmed her
    • What she would say to a woman who believes nothing will work for her

Krista's experience is her own, and every woman's timeline looks different. This conversation is one woman's story, shared for encouragement rather than as medical advice or a promise of a specific result.

  • 20 Years of Bladder Urgency to Better Days, Then Better Months
    15 Sep 2026

If you have been living with bladder urgency or bladder pain for years, you already know how quiet this journey is. Most of the women I work with have never said it out loud to anyone.

In this episode you will hear from Gina. She lived with bladder symptoms for almost twenty years, off and on, until a very hard year brought it back full force. Before we met she was crying most days, feeling completely alone, and carrying what she describes as a million pounds of weight on her shoulders. She had already tried chiropractic care, acupuncture, supplements, diet changes, stretching, yoga, and therapy. She has significant medical anxiety on top of all of it.

She talks about the months where the breathing work and the nervous system work started to stack on each other, and what her weeks look like now. She also answers the question I hear most often from women who reach out to me, which is whether any of this can work for someone who has been let down this many times.

Gina asked to keep this audio only, and I want you to understand why that matters. Women carry this privately for years. Hearing another woman say it out loud is often the first real relief.

    What we cover:

    • Where she was mentally and physically before we met
    • Everything she tried over twenty years and why it kept slipping
    • The point where the small daily shifts began to compound
    • How community changed the way she carries this
    • What she would say to a woman who believes this will work for everyone except her

Gina's results are her own, and every woman's timeline looks different. This conversation is one woman's story, shared for encouragement rather than as medical advice or a promise of a specific outcome.
