Todays joint podcast with myself and Andrew Price of Dryad Bushcraft and entrant on the recent survival TV series 'Alone', we discuss what happens when the light goes out - e.g. Power outages, and what alternate methods of heating and lighting we can utilise.

I mention the recent Sky news short documentary report 'What happens when the gas goes out?' the link is below....#

Due to current events (el Nino, Cyber attacks, global conflicts) and the media outlets discussing emergency planning, I have set up an additional podcast (also available in video format available from two channels, link below) where Myself and Andrew Price (Dryad Bushcraft and contender on the survival series 'Alone'), have set up what we hope to be a regular series discussing current events associated with emergency preparations, promoting a practical awareness in the area of preparedness and planning for emergencies.

Today's podcast we take a brief look at the alternate ways of heating and lighting in preparedness for when the power goes out.

We also mention briefly the super el nino and the effects it is having around the globe.
