    When it comes to forgetting content, here are some ways to make sure it doesn't ever stop you dead in your tracks: 

    1. Pick a topic your passionate about.
    2. Research the heck out of it.
    3. Write as much as you can just to get it all out on "paper".
    4. Condense it down into an outline and add notes.
    5. Practice! Practice! Practice! 
      1. In front of a mirror
      2. Video yourself
      3. Call a friend and simply talk about the topic
    6. Trust the process.
