Your future self might be a lot closer than you think.

In this episode of Awaken Your Truth, Katie and Ginny explore the difference between creating a future self through the fourth dimension—vision, habits, action, and results—and experiencing your future self through the fifth dimension as an energy, a feeling, and a way of being.

Katie shares her own journey from chasing the “perfect” body and trying to earn her way there with healthy habits, to discovering something much deeper: freedom was what she really wanted. And when she stopped trying to become her future self and turned inward instead, something unexpected happened…

She realized she was already living as the woman she had once been trying so hard to become. ✨

Together, they explore the shift from chasing to choosing—from trying to create the right external conditions to choosing joy, love, peace, freedom, and openness now.

Because maybe your future self isn't somewhere you have to get to.

Maybe she's an energy you can step into whenever you choose. 💫

And Ginny shares how this connects to her own vision for Soul Fire—a space for freedom, expansion, connection, and playing with what's possible.

Katie and Ginny explore the New Earth, the fifth dimension, and the possibility of experiencing this life from a completely different energy—one rooted in love, joy, peace, freedom, and abundance. ✨🩷✨

They talk about the shift from fear and limitation into pure potential, and what happens when they stop trying to fix themselves and instead embrace the truth that nothing is wrong with them. Along the way, they explore allowing the body to be as it is, releasing old stories about relationships, choosing love instead of reacting, and discovering abundance through appreciation rather than external conditions. ✨🩷✨

They also share some very real-life examples of what this shift can look like—from shopping for clothes in a new size to navigating reactions in a relationship—and why awareness may be the doorway to creating something entirely new. ✨🩷✨

For Katie and Ginny, the New Earth isn't somewhere else. It's a way of being available right here, right now—and an invitation to experience life with more flow, wonder, love, and infinite possibility. ✨🩷✨

A simple conversation with a partner can reveal far more than we expect.

In this heartfelt and laughter-filled episode, Katie and Ginny explore the subtle ways fear, resistance, and the desire for control can sometimes disguise themselves as "speaking our truth." Through personal stories and real-life relationship examples, they uncover how easy it is to believe we're expressing ourselves authentically when we may actually be reacting from an unconscious fear.

Together, they reflect on allowing others to have their own experiences, releasing the need to change someone's perspective, and discovering the freedom that comes from trusting our own wholeness, abundance, and inner peace.

This conversation is a beautiful reminder that true connection isn't found in proving we're right—it's found in allowing, listening, and meeting one another with love.

This episode invites you to pause and consider how prevalent external validation is in our world, so much so that we have learned to depend on it. We have been conditioned out of our own internal knowing, the most authentic and fulfilling source of validation. Katie shares her experiences with creation and inspired action, and how the desire for external validation can muddle creativity, intuition and soul-truth.
