How often do you find yourself using popularized words typically associated with mental health, such as:

Toxic - "That person is toxic" or "She's in a toxic relationship."

Narcissist - "He's a total narcissist."

Gaslighting - "Stop gaslighting me."

OCD - "I am sorry. I get so OCD about such things."

There are so many more, but I think we can all related to having heard such words uttered from our own lips much less the lips of others.
