Hi! i'm Anon, a 24-year-old from Japan, who's been dealing with complex PTSD.  I made this Podcast show in such a rush at one night when I couldn't go to sleep because of a flashback or whatever. I'd like to use this platform to share my personal experience with cPTSD, the knowledge I've learned on the illness and stuff like that.
