  • Episode #66 - Interview with Isaac Holman
    1 Oct 2026

Join us on this very special episode of All-In Design, as we travel to Nashville to have a conversation with Isaac Holman with ESa. It's always a pleasure to have someone on the podcast who has a passion for what they do and Isaac's love of design is apparent from the beginning. We are also joined on this episode by Chad's brother Lew (Mark is not the only one with family members in the industry), so we have four on the mic for this episode as we discuss healthcare design, residential influences, and IIDA.

  • Episode #65 - Interview with Tracey Creek
    15 Sep 2026

Join us on this episode of All-In Design, as we speak with Tracey Creek of SS&A Design Collective. Tracey shares her somewhat unexpected path from digital media to interior design and takes us behind the scenes of SS&A’s healthcare work, including projects that have taken her from Alabama to Japan and some pretty remote corners of the Pacific. We also talk technology, sustainability, designing spaces that actually work—and, as usual, wander well beyond design into cookies, kids’ birthday parties, and why Tracey is completely over Pokémon.

  • Episode #64 - Interview with Joy Kaplan
    1 Sep 2026

Join us on this episode of "All-In Design", as we speak with Joy Kaplan with JMR+H Architecture. We've interviewed designers in Huntsville, we've interviewed designers in Birmingham, and now - with this episode - we're in Montgomery. Listen in, as we explore Joy leaving Montgomery after high school vowing never to return... only to return after getting her degree at the University of Alabama and her first job in Atlanta. Joy has a great deal of experience, from working on turn-key solutions for banks and credit unions, to a twelve year stint at Business Interiors on the furniture side of things, and then back into the A+D world with her work at JMR-H. Joy was a blast to have in the "studio" and we hope you will give it a listen.
