I'm baaaa-ack and have a new direction of how I'm wanting to use this platform after quite the hiatus. So today, as I take a new step forward, I'm airing out my "dirty laundry" so to speak. I'm acknowledging a few of the rough patches of life that have led me to where I am now. It's interesting how so many times in life I made light of the experiences I was going through. And now to look back on it all and realize that because I pushed so much of it down, it reared it's ugly head and manifested itself in my body in not the so best of ways. While it took me a bit to finally start to verbalize some of the things I have dealt with in my life in this episode, I'm hoping it helps someone out there to realize they are not alone. And that they too can conquer the not so pretty parts of life.
