As a society we need to stop using age as an excuse for the way you look and feel.
We are all guilty of using age related reasons for us not feeling a certain way or our joints being bad.
The problem is that this is not true.
Exercise has come a long way. The introduction of correctional and functional training has seen a massive improvement in the way fitness professionals focus on more then just making you sweat!
The idea is to help you build strong and lean muscle so that you can begin to burn fat and also reduce pains and niggles.
They are talking about most of us living near 100 even 140 these days.
Ask yourself this. On your current trajectory. What would your quality of life be like?
