Suggested Use: Basic Affirmation: Length: Short with one repetition. Purpose: Designed for easy listening at the start of the day or any time during the day. Optional Use: Can also be used at the end of the day if preferred. Best Practice: Use daily for maximum benefit. Sleep Affirmation: Length: Includes three repetitions. Purpose: Meant to be listened to before sleep to settle into the subconscious and encourage healthy sleep patterns.
