Mr. S.M.KULKARNI has completed his graduation from Sir J.J. School of Art in 1979 and post graduation from National Institute of Design Ahmedabad in 1984.

He has worked on various design development projects in the areas of craft and industrial design.

In 1985 he worked on Golden Eye exhibition at New York as part of Festival of India. The exhibition was concerned with the idea of seeking new direction for Indian Craft in its application and its marketability. Studied Art & Craft of Mexico by traveling to different parts of the country on Mexican Government scholarship.

In 1995, he started his design studio & Production Unit -DESIGN QUEST in NOIDA and workers on various design development projects in textile & leather for

export market. Earlier he was associated with Institutes such as NID, NIFT, IICD Jaipur, FDDI-NOIDA, PearlAcademy & Banasthali University as visiting faculty.

He has also Worked with Ansal University as Dean Design Institute from2015-2017.

He is currently working as Dean Academics with WUD.

Hemant Suthar, A graduate in Communication Design from NID, founded Fractal Ink back in 1997 as a digital design studio. Fractal Ink has won many accolades - Best User Experience Design Studio in the country and multiple other awards. It grew into one of India’s largest Experience Design Studios. In 2016 Fractal ink was acquired by Dentsu Aegis Network, and in 2017 decided to pursue other interests and retired from Fractal Ink.

Rod Berg has 20 years of international experience across Creative Recruitment and academic leadership. His experience includes being Director, Talent Acquisition/Design at VF Corp, leading Career Services at Parsons, working in advertising at a McCann, and overseeing partnerships at AIGA. Currently, he works for a global search firm, where he partners with leading brands and agencies. Rod was born in LA, raised in London, and lives in NYC.
