In a much-needed discussion, we cover topics of mental health in high schoolers. Specifically, we touch on habits that are worsening the effect of stress on adolescents, like grades seen as the "end all be all", lack of sleep, social media, and more. We hope this episode can shed some light on the very important topic of mental health in current teens and teenagers.
