Episode 26-39 You're Not Crazy… You're Out Of Alignment!

Imagine walking around a Department Store, minding your own business, and a 22 pound box falls off of a shelf… landing directly on your head.

The impact drives you to the floor where you lie dazed, confused and in pain.

You're taken to the hospital and several hours later are told you have a concussion.

You're also given prescriptions for a muscle relaxer, a pain killer, and an anti-inflammatory.

Several days later you visit a Neurologist who confirms the diagnosis of a concussion and tells you to continue with the medications.

A few weeks go by and you're not any better.

In fact, you're worse.

Your daily headaches are turning into daily migraines… you have developed vertigo… you're experiencing tremors in your hands… and you are starting to feel depressed.

To make matters worse, your Neurologist thinks you're "faking it" as do some of your family and friends… all of which causes you to question your sanity.

Out of desperation, you turn to Facebook.

Yes, Facebook.

Specifically, a support group for individuals suffering with Post Concussion Syndrome.

One of the members give you advice… advice that literally does more for you than any treatment you've received up to that point.

What was this advice?

I talk about it on this week's episode.

Real advice, given to a real person with real problems… that resulted in real answers.

Be sure to give this episode a good listen and, as always, share it with a friend.

Thanks!
