バジリコと同量のパセリ（100g） にんにく1かけ
スイートピクルス2本くらい 玉ねぎ1/2（みじんぎり、塩もみをして洗ったのち水気を絞る）
これらをフードプロセッサーにかけるかみじんぎりにして
ケッパー1瓶 オリーブオイル ビネガー で混ぜて完成です。
魚や鳥、何にでもかけることができます。
