最近介護現場で音楽レクをすることが増えているのですが、そこで感じているのは「MC」力の無さです。雑談力と言えばいいのか、コミュニケーション力とも言えますね。
それについて考えてみると、自分から何かを発信しなくては、が強くて、参加者から何かを引き出そう、が弱かったな、と言う気づきがありました。
普段から雑談が苦手で、すぐに「シーン」となってしまうので、私にとって、これからの課題です。
