A wedding is so much more than “just a ceremony.” It is a story of two lives becoming one. In this episode Jon and Wayne talk about two very different approaches to officiating a wedding ceremony. The first option is simply to serve as nothing more than a talking head that performs the practical function of leading through the ceremony. The other, and much greater option is to truly enter the narrative of the couple who are being married. To recognize their relational journey and engage with their story in a personal and unique way.
