I just got to the part where Michael arrives at the emporium and is going to buy new gear. first of all I would like to explain something about litrpg fans. there is 3 things all of us love equally. awesome gear, lots of awesome loot money included, and leveling up.
we want our hero to not only be a badass but look bad ass as well. like replacing the old trash swords he got back when he was level 20. he is level 80 now. same with that ragged armor he got at level 20 too. so this whole book has made it seem like 1 gold was a bunch of money. master skills cost 10 gold when Michael was level 18 in the safe zone of the masters dungeon. even more recently the manager of his bank was in awe with how much wealth he had accrued. 2500 gold was enough to impress a level 175 blue scaled fish monster bank manager. yet apparently it's not enough to buy two short swords, and a set of armor. sorry but i am an economist and I hate when books are so inconsistent with their worlds economy it's just lazy.

Finished in two days!

Like the previous book in the series, I binged this book when ever I could. Story keeps you engaged and isn’t getting old.

Unpredictable and addictive!

This book was a solid thrill ride all the way to the end! I can usually guess a book ending but not so here! It keeps you guessing. I cannot wait to see how the MC gets out of the situations he is in. However he does it I have a feeling it will land him in more trouble! Awesome!

This series keeps you listening

Addicting! I started the first book and then had to keep listening! Very well done and narration is on point!

Unexpected but most excellent

I really enjoyed this and it made my walks so much fun. It is heavily in the first person but I like that.

pretty darn good, one complaint

I love the set up for future stories while wrapping up some he started here, but honestly there was a part that dragged on too long in my opinion, but may have been a genius move to make me feel like Michael by the end of that part.

This is my favorite series!

Love this book and series! The only quarrels I ever had was wanting more at the end!! Can't wait for the next book! Everyone has to love Michael! This guy beats the odds at every turn with his cunning and unorthodox style. BTW my favorite expletive so far of any litrpg book has to be Michael's "damnation!" Unique just like him.

Best book in the best LitRPG series I’ve read,

This series is fantastic; this book in particular. There are a couple scenes that start out seeming way out of place…ahem, tundra, but then the author finishes the story arc and it turns out great. Can’t recommend enough.
