Manage even 1 person? Read this book!

David & Karin have written a management classic here that is easily accessible and incredibly practical. This is hands down the most useful book I've read about managing and leading people. I picked up new tools and insights in each chapter. Don't miss this gem of a book!

One of the best leadership books I've read

It follows the basics of the many other management and leadership books I've read, but also has several team activities, action plans, and it helped me think a little deeper into my role as a leader. I just bought the physical book as I will definitely need the hard copy to use as a reference. This is a straight forward book that has great tools and an understanding of leadership.
