Horrendous narration
I really want the content of this book but the narration is intolerable- I don’t know if I can even listen to it. Wth is wrong with this? He makes each sentence sound like a one-line movie promo. Is this guy for real? Do yourself a favor and sample before you purchase. I wish I would have.

Great story, weird reader
I loved the story!
The book is eye opening and therefore scary!
We are the only one able to make the change.
The reader on the other hand was somehow robotic and weird.
I listened to it at higher speed to offset the odd unnecessary pauses.

Always great info and inspiration from Steve.
I love the way Steve shares his humble beginnings story / how he shares that he was missing work ethic and what he did to get some and turn around his life. And it really does inspire and encourage action and new ways of thinking. .

This book should not be purchased. It is literally read by a robot. Audible/Amazon should not be allowed to get away with this.

Horrible voice! So bad.
The narrator’s voice seems like Siri’s voice rather than an actual narrator. I will buy the book on Amazon.

Content great, Narrator not so much
I have heard great things about this book and decided to go audible first and the content lived up to the hype. However, unless you are a fan of a speech pattern with a lot of pauses you won’t like the narrator. Other Steve Chandler audibles has great narrators, this is an exception.

Distracting narration
I’m only on chapter 7 and so far it seems interesting, but the voice that’s reading the book is so robotic and has such a strange tone cadence that I can barely hear the story. The voice is so distracting I don’t know if I can get through the book. But I will try because the hardcover had such great reviews.
