quick intro
this gives a fast insight to vipassana meditation. it's very inspiring and it would be great if another book went in to more detail

Extremely Helpful
I experienced a 10 day VIPASSANA retreat many years ago. I honestly learned some very helpful tips about meditation that I didn’t know. I am inspired to practice Vipassana Meditation again. I highly recommend this audio.
