    Fantastic

    This book, with information on intermittent fasting, has been very helpful to me. For me, information andprograms are practical and attainable without undo hardships. It has helped me maintain my weight quite close to what I feel healthy and confident with. The professionally based and proven information is presented in easy-to-understand language.

    Excellent

    This is an easy recipe cookbook for those starting out in ketogenic diet. The recipes are quite tasty and filling. My wife was surprised how quickly most recipes were to make. You will have to purchase some out of the ordinary products for baking but most other items can be purchased from a grocery store or farmer's market. Yes, there are desserts but the healthy kinds.
