The idea is simple: Follow the wagon tracks, and he will reach Dalles City.
Sarah sent her message, tagged with his point of honor motto, from that place on the Columbia River. The trail from Ohio to Dalles City is in turmoil. Disease, bandits, and the collision of cultures have conspired to delay and redirect what Buddy hopes will be a quick and direct pathway. His journey becomes one of rescue, both physically and spiritually.
Share his dangers, temptations and victories as the Lord directs his steps, his detours and his words. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?
