    The heroine is a badass and the male characters are a little bit too tame.

    Well read and confortable to listen to, Elizabeth Evans has a very pleasant voice.
    The universe is interesting but the plot was very flat. The main character is simply perfect, the love triangle is boring, the main arc is predictable... I was expecting more since the reviews were raging about how amazing the series is.

    This book was my first experience with audiobooks and I couldn’t be happier. Elizabeth Evans does a fantastic job narrating TOG.

    It's my fault, I was not aware it was a young adult story. I'm guessing if you're a young adult you will enjoy it but I'm way too old for a MC that's 18 but is somehow the greatest assassin of the land and has been for 10 years or whatnot. All the main caracters are under 22, including the captain of the royal guard. I stoped very early on so, I can't say much about it. I'm just not the target audience Im guessing. And its ok! enjoy your read and don't mind me. Just, if you're over 30 and have a hard time relating to young people stuff, don't buy it.
