    Loved it

    At first, I was afraid this book wasn't for me. I am not very keen on explicit sexual content and feared the horror of the slave life.
    Actually, the story is very well narrated, and, although it is brutal, it is not vulgar at all.
    I was very moved several times while listening.
    I wasn't convinced by some of the voices the actress took for some characters. Although it definitely helped with following the story.
